When will I receive my order?
We have the most reliable delivery in all of dog food! Place an order before 2PM Monday - Friday and your order will be dispatched that day. 99% of orders arrive on the next working day but please allow up to 2 working days for delivery of your order.
Functional treats are dispatched separately via Royal Mail. Please allow a little extra time for delivery to occur.
On very rare occasions things go wrong with couriers. We urge all our customers to order a little earlier than required to allow for unforeseen delivery issues.
How much does delivery cost?
Here is a a breakdown of our Mainland UK delivery costs:

The Channel Islands and harder to reach locations face a delivery charge of £10 per order. Our courier imposes a surcharge for these locations and we unfortunately have to pass this along to the customer. If you want to order two or more bags of dog food the coupon DELIVERY will remove this charge.
Why is there an additional fee for orders that weigh more than 28kg?
DPD charge a delivery fee for every 28kg of dog food shipped to you. If your order weighs more than this they charge us an additional delivery fee. This is because most orders have to be packed in multiple boxes that accrue an additional fee.
Unfortunately we can't absorb this extra fee and have to pass a small percantage on to the customer.
Which courier do you use?
All our orders of dog food are delivered by DPD. All our functional treats are delivered by Royal Mail.
DPD will send you a 1 hour delivery window on the day of delivery. They also allow you to request that your order is left safe on your property should you be unavailable. Any delivery instruction is left at your own risk.
Do you offer international shipping?
No. Due to Brexit we can no longer ship to the EU or Ireland due to the additional health certificates required. These certificates cost over £100 per order and are obviously cost prohibitive for small orders of dog food.
