Growling Tums Dog Food is committed to giving you the best possible product at the best possible price with excellent service.
Any product purchased from Growling Tums that is found to be damaged in transit or is not the product actually ordered then please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Should a product be found to be faulty then please contact Growling Tums Dog Food within 14 working days with details of product and batch number and return the product to us including all packaging and we will investigate and either refund or replace the product.
If you have any questions regarding our food or delivery terms then please contact Growling Tums first as once an order has been placed then unfortunately this cannot be changed. If you find that you have made a mistake in placing your order then we will endeavour to try and amend your order providing we are notified immediately. All orders made before 2PM on Monday to Friday will be despatched that day and no amendments or cancellations can be made after the order/despatch deadline has been reached as your order will already be packaged and awaiting collection by our courier.
In the event of a customer purchasing products from Growling Tums by mistake and through no fault of Growling Tums then we will either replace or refund the product providing the original product is returned to Growling Tums Dog Food head office in an un-used and saleable condition at the customer’s own expense. We retain the right to refuse refunds on products that aren’t in saleable condition, our outwith or 14 day returns period. If you refuse delivery of your order we will refund you the full order amount minus the delivery costs.
Once the product has been received and checked and found that it is in an un-used and saleable condition then a full refund of the original order cost will be made minus the cost of return delivery.
